Payment terms are communicated at the time of the estimate and agreement. Payment is due as agreed prior to or upon completion of the service, unless other arrangements are made in writing.
6. Liability
Pro Tree of Knoxville performs tree care services with skilled, licensed, and insured personnel. While we take every precaution to protect your property, tree work is inherently hazardous. We will take reasonable care of your property during our work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services rendered.
